How Your Pilot Data Is Handled
Pilot batches run through the same data-handling rules as the production screening product.
Candidate-data handling
Direct personal identifiers such as phone numbers and email addresses are removed from resume content automatically before it is processed by the AI. Redaction is automated detection — a strong privacy control, but not a guarantee that every identifier is removed.
No AI training on your data
Customer data is not used to train Empikalyze's AI models. Screening data is used to produce your screening results.
Deletion on request
You can request deletion of your pilot data at any time by contacting support.
NDA options
If you need an NDA before sharing any materials, mention it in your request and we will confirm what is possible.
