Empikalyze

What's New and What's Next

Empikalyze is being developed with recruitment teams in mind. This roadmap separates features available today from work in progress and ideas we're still exploring.

  • Live — The feature works in the current production product.
  • In development — Implementation is actively underway.
  • Planned — Approved for future implementation but not yet available.
  • Exploring — Gathering feedback before deciding whether to build.

Available Today

AI-assisted resume screening with candidate-level analysis

Live

Upload a job description and up to 100 resumes per job (PDF, DOC, DOCX; up to 10 MB each) and receive per-candidate analysis with supporting evidence.

Match scores, skills, strengths, and gaps

Live

Every result includes a 0–100 match score, matched and missing skills, strengths, gaps, and a recommendation tier so recruiters can review the reasoning.

Ranked shortlists with export

Live

Candidates are ranked by match score and results can be exported as CSV, JSON, or PDF for sharing with clients or keeping offline records.

Organization credits and team functionality

Live

Organizations share one credit pool; admins invite recruiters, who screen from the same jobs and results under role-based access.

Retry handling for failed resumes

Live

Failed resumes are flagged with the reason and can be retried in one action — successfully processed resumes are never reprocessed or re-charged.

Free anonymous playground

Live

Try the screening workflow on the homepage without an account: up to 6 resumes (PDF or DOCX) per run against one job description, three runs per day.

50 free resume analyses for new organizations

Live

Every new organization starts with 50 free resume analyses with no time-based expiry; additional credits are ₹5 per successfully processed resume.

In Development

Resume Library

In development

We're developing a searchable library for historical resumes. The goal is to help recruitment teams rediscover relevant candidates from previous searches instead of starting from scratch for every new requirement. Planned capabilities:

  • Historical resume storage.
  • Preparation and indexing for search.
  • Organization-scoped semantic search.
  • Candidate discovery against new job descriptions.
  • A planned workflow to send selected candidates to existing AI screening.

Scanned resume support (OCR)

In development

Today, image-only or scanned PDFs cannot be read — Empikalyze works with text-based resumes. OCR support is under development so scanned resumes can be processed too.

Planned

Client-ready shortlist exports from Resume Library

Planned

Once Resume Library is available, shortlists built from your historical candidates will be exportable in formats you can share with clients.

Candidate organization and tagging

Planned

Ways to tag and organize candidates inside your organization's library so frequently required profiles are easier to find.

Secure, expiring candidate-sharing links

Planned

Time-limited links to share candidate profiles with clients without attaching files or sending copies.

Exploring

Client-specific talent pools

Exploring

Separate candidate pools per client within one organization, so agency recruiters can search the right subset for each mandate. We are gathering feedback before committing to this.
